What a great store. Edgar is very personable and does a great job restringing my rackets.

Greatest customer service, Curtis is extremely helpful when the head of a racket I got not long ago cracked. He agreed to give me a new frame, no cost. The store also always has discounts and are selling for cheap prices. My racket was around 220 when it usually goes for 300, as well as my shoes were only 78 when they go as high as 130 in some places. Recommend this place for anyone into tennis.

Customer service was disappointing. Upon arrival, no one greeted us, even though there were two staff members present—one stringing a racket and the other assisting a customer. I made eye contact with both at different times, but neither acknowledged me. With two staff on hand, you would expect at least one to step in and offer assistance. When my partner began asking questions about choosing a racket, the staff member was noticeably short with his responses and seemed more interested in watching the game on TV than helping her. To make matters worse, while she was still asking a question, he actually stopped mid-conversation with her to greet the other customers who had just walked in. That group was not only welcomed right away but also offered more options and guidance than we ever received. The difference in treatment was obvious and made us feel as though our time and questions weren’t valued. As Latino customers, it was hard not to notice the contrast. While I can’t say with certainty that was the reason, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and ultimately led us to leave without making a purchase.

I had an excellent experience here and walked out knowing I needed to write a good review! My 8 year old son needed a new racket to replace his very first. We stopped in on a Saturday and the owner showed me rackets for his age/size at two different price points. It was really great to get good, solid advice because I freely admit I don’t know how to buy a racket. We had to run, but I came back to get the racket that week and again, the owner couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. And the racket was only $10! Plus, he saw me eyeing the dampeners and threw one in for free. Excellent experience- support your local businesses!!

Curtis and his team are great! Great racquet selection, including the brand new Wilson RF line. Good shoe selection at decent prices. Lots of accessories, bags, etc. and the stringing service is reliable too!
